Bullying

As the day begins to bring the light, I have reviewed this journey for the past 2 years.

It has come to my attention in the most difficult and disturbing ways about the way adults handle things in their lives they have no control of and there is nothing they can do about it except to “bully” those who do not respond, act and do what they think or state to be the truth for one’s life.

It has been a disturbing time in my life but yet, the greatest of lessons and soul growth.

I never looked at the situation of the gossip and malicious rumors as “bullying” until the other night when I was speaking with my Council of Light, those that are of the Ascended Master Realm and Elohim.  They brought it to my attention that adults use this vibration as a way to “bully” those they cannot actually change or do anything to make a situation go their way.  And it is of course so disrespectful and very un-spirituality aligned with the Great “I AM” Within all of us.

The empowerment that I feel inside of me came when I realized that I had been dealing with this energy for a few years with those who do not understand nor wish to understand my spirituality, my truth and my path.  They assume (and you know what they say about assuming) that I have no mind, no clarity, blinded and just plain unaware of my life and those in it.  And they are the only ones who “KNOW” what is best for me.

They did not consider my journey as a soul, the direction of God and the Guides and why, what and where I needed to come from and or chose to live my life.

It didn’t feel good to them, disturbed their energy fields and decided I was not smart enough and all my gifts, and the guidance, wisdom and pray that is within my life each and every day dedicated to my God and my mission here in this lifetime.  I was foolish, stupid, unaware and blind...

My question has been until now was have you discussed my decisions, my life path, my mission and guidance from God?  Did you consider my joy and my desires and my feelings? When individuals band together without facts, knowledge and wisdom they come together to support each other in what they don’t like, don’t approve of, and pump themselves up with harmful, destructive and hateful energy and words.

I was told they were worried about my health...they never considered the stress they were putting me through with their gossip, hatred and harmful words were doing to my health.  It was not what they claimed, but, it was them surrounding me with a web of nasty untrue, disrespectful, bullying....

So I decided to write this tonight and send it out, those who are the cause of my hospital visit, my second visit to the hospital and my financial distress because I could not work because of their slander and harmful words and energy, should realize they are not in control of other’s lives and when someone is a True Friend, A Spiritual Person following a spiritual path do not harm those they love or care for. 

The Act of Bullying is something that is more destructive, painful and harmful than they must have understood.  It is my wish that we all watch our words more carefully, we do not make judgments against others because they chose to do something they don’t like, not because of the person, but because it is not correct for them, that they learn to be a person of love and compassion, a spiritual friend and understand the teachings and words of spirituality and the those who have taught us on our path.

To be a peacemaker, not an enemy, not a person of judgment and hatred, but a person of compassion and tolerance.  

The Act of Bullying is not just in a child’s world it is full blown in the adult world which leads me to believe that those who bully are those who have turned their backs on God and those that love them.

Let us become the leaders and teachers of peace and hold vigilante to tolerance and compassion and allow others to follow their own pathway to God and take care of their own spiritual and soul growth.

Remember the only one who truly gets hurt is the person who wishes, directions, intends to hurt another in the disguise of caring and friendship are the ones who soul is collecting karma...all karma must be balanced and the equal exchange of energy be balanced as well.  If you are doing the bullying your karma of equal exchange of energy is GREAT.

I have forgiven myself for being hurt as it never belonged to me.  I have forgiven their harm to the one I love as a friend, partner and twin flame.  And to the many students and clients that were affected by their harm on us.  I have forgiven them in the name of Jesus, the Christed One.  And I pray that what they put out does not come back two times greater, that they are able to amend their actions by living by the virtues set forth by God and those who do not believe in God....hold on....

I could no longer be quiet about the Act of Bullying as it affects too many other people in this world, in places of work, on the street, little shops, circles of friends (remember those who gossip about others are more liking to be gossiping about you as well)...

For these individuals require tolerance and forgiveness and non-judgment for they know not what they do......

Mystery

Knowing our personal mission further enhances the flow of mysterious coincidences as we are guided toward our destinies. First we have a question; then dreams, daydreams, and intuitions lead us towards the answers, which usually are synchronistically provided by the wisdom of another human being.

When you move around daily, do you observe the direction that you are going? Or even the direction you are facing. What takes you attention? Do you find yourself drifting into your mind, and grabbing hold of the stray thoughts that permeate there? Look at those random thoughts, when you have a moment, of quiet solitude. You will find  basil stimulation there that has not been noticed before. Awakening that other you. 

Look beyond what you would consider yourself, your life, your surroundings, and be aware of what happens around you. Do you grasp at straws? Or do you grab firm and hold on to those moments that are important to take note of?

Simple thoughts and patterns become your inspired moments in time. Allow yourself to awaken to those things that drift in and out of the moments in time. Hold on to that which makes a difference, not only to yourself, but to others. Become the teacher, and allow yourself to be taught.

Twilight

It is the twilight time when the sounds of movement lessen and the sounds of nature can quietly be heard.  The calmness brings a sense of relaxation and review of the day.

Thoughts run for the first few minutes of the days busy ways, and then quiet comes to mind.  Then the thoughts of life and the future what is next, what did I accomplish.

Reflection shows me only the truth and the knowing in my soul confirms all is true for what is next in my future that I must do.

The time has come to let life shift and find a new way - new doors, new places, new people who understand and feel the same way.

Let those who cannot see me or feel my heart and soul anymore go and find their way as life does to us all, changes come and we must follow.

Perhaps now as the time begins to change and the direction too, that all the heartaches, loss, sadness and disappointments will heal and drift away making way for something

someone new who will open the door and see me, recognize me for who I am now and the other way can relax and memories of the good times, the love and joy, and family too will come in and bring the happiness back and embrace me anew.

Lonely nights keep me awake, wondering how life got away and I lay in bed in silence alone hoping sleep will come and bless me---

and when I awake it will be new, happiness and love are felt and the music of the angels fill the air.  A life well lived and now anew it is the way we all must follow, it is what we do.

Honey and Cinnamon

It is found that a mix of honey and Cinnamon cures most diseases. Honey is produced in most of the countries of the world. Scientists of today also note honey as very effective medicine for all kinds of diseases. Honey can be used without side effects which is also a plus.

Today's science says that even though honey is sweet, when it is taken in the right dosage as a medicine, it does not harm even diabetic patients. Researched by western scientists:

HEART DISEASES: Make a paste of honey and cinnamon powder, put it on toast instead of jelly and jam and eat it regularly for breakfast. It reduces the cholesterol and could potentially save one from heart attack. Also, even if you have already had an attack studies show you could be kept miles away from the next attack. Regular use of cinnamon honey strengthens the heart beat. In America and Canada, various nursing homes have treated patients successfully and have found that as one ages the arteries and veins lose their flexibility and get clogged; honey and cinnamon revitalize the arteries and the veins.

ARTHRITIS: Arthritis patients can benefit by taking one cup of hot water with two tablespoons of honey and one small teaspoon of cinnamon powder. When taken daily even chronic arthritis can be cured. In a recent research conducted at the Copenhagen University, it was found that when the doctors treated their patients with a mixture of one tablespoon Honey and half teaspoon Cinnamon powder before breakfast, they found that within a week (out of the 200 people so treated) practically 73 patients were totally relieved of pain -- and within a month, most all the patients who could not walk or move around because of arthritis now started walking without pain.

BLADDER INFECTIONS: Take two tablespoons of cinnamon powder and one teaspoon of honey in a glass of lukewarm water and drink it. It destroys the germs in the bladder....who knew?

CHOLESTEROL: Two tablespoons of honey and three teaspoons of Cinnamon Powder mixed in 16 ounces of tea water given to a cholesterol patient was found to reduce the level of cholesterol in the blood by 10 percent within two hours. As mentioned for arthritic patients, when taken three times a day, any chronic cholesterolcould be cured. According to information received in the said Journal, pure honey taken with food daily relieves complaints of cholesterol.

COLDS: Those suffering from common or severe colds should take one tablespoon lukewarm honey with 1/4 spoon cinnamon powder daily for three days. This process will cure most chronic cough, cold, and, clear the sinuses, and it's delicious too!

UPSET STOMACH: Honey taken with cinnamon powder cures stomach ache and also is said to clear stomach ulcers from its root.

GAS: According to the studies done in India and Japan, it is revealed that when Honey is taken with cinnamon powder the stomach is relieved of gas.

IMMUNE SYSTEM: Daily use of honey and cinnamon powder strengthens the immune system and protects the body from bacterial and viral attacks. Scientists have found that honey has various vitamins and iron in large amounts. Constant use of Honey strengthens the white blood corpuscles (where DNA is contained) to fight bacterial and viral diseases.

INDIGESTION: Cinnamon powder sprinkled on two tablespoons of honey taken before food is eaten relieves acidity and digests the heaviest of meals

INFLUENZA: A scientist in Spain has proved that honey contains a natural 'Ingredient' which kills the influenza germs and saves the patient from flu.

LONGEVITY: Tea made with honey and cinnamon powder, when taken regularly, arrests the ravages of old age. Use four teaspoons of honey, one teaspoon of cinnamon powder, and three cups of boiling water to make a tea. Drink 1/4 cup, three to four times a day. It keeps the skin fresh and soft and arrests old age. Life spans increase and even a 100 year old will start performing the chores of a 20-year-old.

RASPY OR SORE THROAT: When throat has a tickle or is raspy, take one tablespoon of honey and sip until gone. Repeat every three hours until throat is without symptoms.

PIMPLES: Three tablespoons of honey and one teaspoon of cinnamon powder paste. Apply this paste on the pimples before sleeping and wash it off the next morning with warm water. When done daily for two weeks, it removes all pimples from the root.

SKIN INFECTIONS:Applying honey and cinnamon powder in equal parts on the affected parts cures eczema, ringworm and all types of skin Infections.

WEIGHT LOSS:Daily in the morning one half hour before
breakfast and on an empty stomach, and at night before sleeping, drink honey and cinnamon powder boiled in one cup of water. When taken regularly, it reduces the weight of even the most obese person. Also, drinking this mixture regularly does not allow the fat to accumulate in the body even though the person may eat a high calorie diet.

CANCER: Recent research in Japan and Australia has revealed that advanced cancer of the stomach and bones have been cured successfully. Patients suffering from these kinds of cancer should daily take one tablespoon of honey with one teaspoon of cinnamon powder three times a day for one month.

FATIGUE: Recent studies have shown that the sugar content of honey is more helpful rather than being detrimental to the strength of the body. Senior citizens who take honey and cinnamon powder in equal parts are more alert and flexible. Dr. Milton, who has done research, says that a half tablespoon of honey taken in a glass of water and sprinkled with cinnamon powder, even when the vitality of the body starts to decrease, when taken daily after brushing and in the afternoon at about 3:00 P.M., the vitality of the body increases within a week.

BAD BREATH: People of South America, gargle with one teaspoon of honey and cinnamon powder mixed in hot water first thing in the morning so their breath stays fresh throughout the day.

HEARING LOSS: Daily morning and night honey and cinnamon powder, taken in equal parts restores hearing. Remember when we were kids? We had toast with real butter and cinnamon sprinkled on it!-

        It is time to recognize the soul and the spirit in a dedication to the truth of life and the advancement of your planet Earth.  The time has come to realize that the energy of faith and the energy of technology are driving individuals into belief systems that i the direction of self and although it appears to be of Unity it is not, the reason is those who have done the spiritual studies of sorts and have not truly done their own inner work believing that it is only about knowledge are about to understand that there is a fine line of division being made by those who are against the consciousness of the cosmic God the true God the true way.  The true way is be of forgiveness and of faith above all else to let go of judgments and separation. 

 

        What has been created is more separation of those who feel they have achieved enlightenment and ascension and those who have not and will not be allowed to graduate according to the studies that they have created and passed as the truth in faith.

 

        We of the Galactic intelligence have been monitoring this division for some time and have offered many thoughts of consciousness to those who are seeking pure enlightenment and truth for their soul advancement and spiritual attainment to release themselves from the false belief systems, negative and dark forces that have disguised themselves as spiritual thoughts of consciousness and leading individuals down a pathway of self-disappointment and regret. 

 

        There is always time to align oneself with the understanding that there is only One God Force and that God Forces i the Cosmic Heart of Universal Unity and Cosmic Truth living life within the art of service and love to prepare for this great ascension as a mass exodus is a false belief the reason it is a false belief is there is only one day of exodus and that is the Day God has put into place and movement of which no human knows it is a mystery it is the truth and it cannot be changed by human philosophy or human theory or even human desire and will to do. 

 

        There is yet another step to be taken in this dimension of understanding and awareness and growth and that is to actually live in the 4th dimension here on this beautiful planet and class room God created for human souls to explore and understand as well as experience as an adventure of physical, mental and emotional awareness.  This fourth dimension s being misunderstood as a place to go from this earth dimension, to explore or that others will be left behind and on their own to figure it out when in actually all human existence is to explore and experience together.  Those who have the ability to move in and out of the 4th dimensional living and expression will be those who will assist others who have not had the opportunity in their soul to experience it do to their own evolution at this time. The separation is within all, it is to include assisting, to serve to be a leader, a wayshower and an individual of kind heart and working on their own evolution.  Reminder that the meek shall inherit the Earth those who are dedicated to assisting in the arrival of Heaven on Earth from within their very core presence and being a part of this great and glorious experience.  Will the Earth appear different to some, yes, will they believe they have gone somewhere else, yes, maybe until the next moment the reality is in movement that they are not separate and apart from but a part of the rebuilding and healing of this beautiful world. 

 

        It has always been about rebuilding the world and a celebration of Life coming to this planet; it is the creation of Heaven on Earth. 

 

        The path leads humanity to seek and find a way to find peace but putting down all weapons and resolving conflict through communications and truth and to place human life above the material world and the desires of greed and  power.  The lessons have not yet been learned or understood by the Laws of the Cosmic God and by living the virtues of God, the Cosmic heart and soul of life.

 

        Therefore, it is a graduation to the next level of understanding and bringing the human heart to its full potential to live in the grace of God with gratitude and in service to all.  To assume one can leave this earth and move to another time and space without experiencing the task of living what has been taught and understood within the at this time would be to deny the soul to grow beyond the limitations of the human mind concept and move into the cosmic reality of life and love.  One must achieve the spiritual understand that God The Cosmic Truth and the Only Way To Grace. 

 

        It is a most beautiful and powerful expression of life to be aligned within the honesty of living in a non-harmful way here where all humans have the opportunity to express, explore, and grow. 

 

        We have been watching, guiding and protecting this beautiful planet and classroom for eons of time and now in this present day in Earth’s history as the Earth moves into the 4th dimension clearly away the negative and over population of growth and despair from her fields of energy, she will bring new growth, new life, new land and beauty to this new world. 

 

        The colors of life will be more brilliant and the plants will be strong, healthy and the ecosystem will be brought back to perfection as it once was. 

 

        This will take time, change will be difficult and challenges which will afford the humanity to be the  most giving, loving and divine beings of service, those who will not and cannot will suffer within their own development and allowed the opportunity to find the spirit of life and humanity within.  It is not going to be easy some days, but, those who have done their spiritual and soul work will be the guides, those who will have an opportunity to serve ALL in the creation of Heaven on Earth... 

 

        All have the opportunity to experience life in its renewal and take part in her growth and rebuilding a place of glorious freedom in a peaceful and constructive way.  This is the truth of the Shift that is happening, not going to happen on a certain date and time, it has been happening for 

many, many earth years.. Will others leave at some point to greet many when they arrive to the next station in life, yes; it has always been that way.  It has always been a constant moving of energy. 

 

        As those who have become Ascended Masters, and the Mahatmas of Life and work in the many mansions of creation have done so by assisting this school and have manifested, have been creative and achieved new levels of service and commitment to humanity.  The service provided to achieve these levels of soul advancement did service to change a part of the entire concept of life for all humanity, they gave a gift of change and improvement to those on Earth.  That is the next level of achievement for humanity.  The challenge is to REBUILD this world into the image that so many seek:  HEAVEN ON EARTH....HERE and the TIME IS NOW. 

 

        We of the Galactic Consciousness love all humanity and will remain the “Watchers” and will continue to protect this planet.  Our thoughts and our love....in the truth and wisdom of the Cosmic Heart and Soul of Life, the Great Central Sun and the Center of All Life and Breath within the Universal Mind.
